Paddy & Lucy

A day full of love, fun & emotion. I was totally honoured to be able to capture Paddy & Lucys wedding day. I seem to get all the best weddings... when you gel with the couple it makes ALL the difference and it was hard to not love these two.

Their wedding day was being held at The Dartmoor Lodge, I have photographed her a lot over the years but no two weddings are ever the same. That is what I love about it, every wedding is so personal to the newlyweds and it always feels like the first time every time.

Paddy & Lucy were surrounded by a great group of family & friends all day... from all the flower girls they had (I lost count!) to all the groomsmen, they were surrounded by love. The atmosphere was uplifting and fun and it made for some cracking photo opportunities !

I made use of the location after their reception & stole them away for some moments alone together, Paddy kept Lucy under control and I came back with jaw ache from laughing so much... absolute top couple :) I hope the fun shows through my images.

The decor, all the details that were pulled together, the personal touches made this wedding amazing. I am always in awe of how much goes into making a wedding day, I purely turn up and photograph it all but the effort put in not just for them but for all their family & friends is wonderful.

I must also add the weather was top notch! Sunshine all day, we couldn't ask for any better.
